Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SessionLens, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use SessionLens for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on SessionLens
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SessionLens or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SessionLens, even if authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
